About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role for an ambitious product leader who wants to shape the next chapter of Economic & Business Intelligence. As Director, GTM Strategy & Product Operations you will act at the center of product strategy, commercial growth, and execution discipline
You will help translate the broader EBI strategy into clear priorities, market-ready propositions, scalable go-to-market collaterals, operating routines and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with global product managers, regional, finance, and other stakeholders, you will own and execute on selected high-priority workstreams.
This role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive and influence one of Mastercard Services strategically important business lines. The successful candidate should bring strategic rigor, commercial instinct, strong analytical judgment and the hands-on drive to mobilize cross-functional teams and unlock revenue opportunities and growth.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Execution
Supports in shaping and executing the EBI growth and commercialization agenda. Translate market, customer, competitive and revenue signals into clear strategic priorities, GTM plans, and sales enablement materials, regional activation plans and commercialization workstreams that support growth
Owns selected strategic and commercial initiatives end-to-end, including GTM execution, regional activation, cross-product opportunities, sales narrative development and remediation plans where revenue gaps or adoption challenges emerge
Product Operations & Business Performance
Provides the operating discipline required to scale EBI portfolio by supporting performance tracking, product catalog consistency, executive documents preparation, and process improvements. Acts as a coordination point across multiple stakeholders to ensure the portfolio runs with clarity, consistency, and measurable business outcomes
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Acts as a trusted right arm to the leadership team, by structuring complex topics, preparing executive-ready narratives and action plans, driving follow-through on priorities, surfacing risks and aligning cross-functional teams around the EBI strategic agenda.
Builds momentum across global and regional teams by connecting stakeholders, clarifying priorities, strengthening internal communication, sharing best practices, and helping raise the bar for product and project management excellence across the broader community.

Experience & Background
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed, complex global organization
- Track record translating high-level strategy into operational execution with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to question data, challenge assumptions and exercise sound judgement under pressure, Turning numbers into actionable insights
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience supporting GTM, commercialization, sales enablement, pricing or growth initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with fast-paced teams
- Hands-on mindset, with the willingness to roll up sleeves, structure ambiguity and make direct contributions
- Excellence in communication at executive level, including the ability to create clear narratives, crisp recommendations, and senior stakeholder-ready materials
- Experience working across multiple business lines or verticals, with the ability to understand cross-vertical scope, areas of confluence, and potential synergies
- Experience in product strategy, product operations, commercial strategy, business intelligence, consulting, or related fields.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA from a top-tier institution strongly preferred
- Work experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or business intelligence, or data-driven businesses preferred (ideally incorporating AI into business)
- Experience leading or coordinating teams in high-profile engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management
- Tech-savvy mastering all Office tools and proficient on AI-working tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot, …)
- Proficiency in English mandatory. Other languages are valuable
- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required
