Title and Summary

Major Accountabilities:

• Assist escalated end users with Windows Server hardware or software problems.
• Load or remove core and non-core software applications.
• Moves, adds, and changes to Windows Server hardware and peripherals.
• Perform project or maintenance tasks under the direction of management or upper level engineers.
• Basic asset control and tracking services.
• Lead/Assist Windows server hardware and OS upgrades

Knowledge / Experience:

• A basic knowledge and understanding of Windows Server and problem resolution procedures is preferred.
• Windows server software experience or certifications will provide additional consideration.
• Any help desk or customer contact skills will also provide additional consideration.
• Experience with automation framework (PowerShell/Ansible/Terraform)

Skills/ Abilities:

• Professionalism skills and good work ethics are required.
• Customer support and communications skills are preferred.

•Ability to follow documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision
