Title and Summary

The payments ecosystem is rapidly evolving, driven by the growth of Payment Facilitators (PFs), Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Gateways, and other digital commerce enablers. These partners are reshaping how merchants accept payments and play a critical role in expanding acceptance and driving transaction growth.

The Channel Partnerships team develops innovative, data-driven products and AI-enabled capabilities that help ecosystem partners optimize performance, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This team sits at the intersection of product management, analytics, and commercialization to drive value for partners and Mastercard.

Role

The Channel Partnerships team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to support the development, commercialization, and growth of innovative products and capabilities across Mastercard's ecosystem partner landscape. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, Commercialization, and Customer Success teams, helping translate data into actionable insights that inform product decisions, business growth, and ecosystem expansion.

The successful candidate will support the product lifecycle by conducting analysis, tracking KPI frameworks and product performance metrics, identifying market opportunities, and helping shape recommendations that enhance Mastercard's value proposition. The role will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to support initiatives across Payment Facilitators (PayFacs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Acquirers, and other ecosystem partners, while contributing to product commercialization, go-to-market activities, partner adoption strategies, and regional ecosystem growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the development, commercialization, and growth of products and capabilities for PayFacs, ISVs, Acquirers, and other ecosystem partners.
• Analyze market, customer, and performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics, business targets, and ecosystem growth indicators to measure product adoption, partner value, and overall business impact.
• Support product managers in evaluating opportunities, defining requirements, and advancing strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Contribute to go-to-market activities, commercialization efforts, and partner adoption strategies.
• Prepare insights, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and regional ecosystem growth.

All About You

• Experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Analytics, Data Products, Financial Services, Payments, FinTech, Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics and visualization tools.

Desired Capabilities

• Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning, data science, or intelligent product capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including PFs, PSPs, ISVs, Gateways, Acquirers, Merchants, and Digital Commerce solutions.
