The Team
Tinder's Social team sits at the intersection of culture, conversation, and brand relevance, turning internet trends, dating behavior, and audience insights into content people genuinely want to engage with. We partner closely with Brand, Product, Partnerships, and Creative teams to shape how Tinder shows up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms - balancing speed, creativity, and cultural relevance to keep Tinder at the center of the conversation.
The Role
We're looking for a chronically online Influencer Coordinator to support the Influencer Marketing Manager in building a breakthrough creator and talent strategy. If you’re chronically online, follow reality TV drama like a sport, know the next “it” girls before they hit mainstream, and get Virgo-level obsessed about organizing spreadsheets and data, this is the role for you.
You'll help shape talent and creator-led campaigns from the first brainstorm through the post-mortem - writing briefs, sourcing and vetting talent, coordinating comms and logistics, supporting shoots, planning events and gifting, and pulling and analyzing the metrics to inform future partnerships.
Where You'll Work
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week in Los Angeles, CA.
In This Role, You Will:
Brainstorm creative concepts and campaign angles alongside the Influencer Marketing Manager
Help write and refine creator briefs: clear deliverables, key messaging, brand guidelines, and creative direction
Research cultural trends, platform formats, and competitor activity to inform brief strategy
Maintain a real-time campaign tracker with links, publish dates, and talent status as content launches
Provide general administrative assistance to ensure campaign workflows remain on track
Identify and shortlist creators aligned to campaign goals, target audience, and brand fit
Pull and analyze audience metrics to inform talent selection
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies
Maintain an organized database of vetted creators and past partnership history
Flag brand safety or reputational risks when vetting creators
Spot and pitch reactive or trend-based creator moments as they pop up
Track day-to-day comms with creators, talent managers, and agents
Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple campaigns simultaneously
Coordinate contracts and payments with Legal and Finance
Collect and track content usage rights and paid-amplification authorizations (e.g., Spark Ads codes) for creator posts
Confirm creator content includes proper FTC and platform disclosure before it goes live or is promoted
Facilitate the contracting lifecycle and manage end-to-end campaign logistics-handling vendor onboarding, invoicing, and accounting documentation
Plan and host influencer events end-to-end - guest lists, vendor coordination, day-of execution
Concept and execute gifting campaigns, from sourcing to shipping logistics
Track and report on event and gifting ROI - placements earned, sentiment, reach
Pull post-campaign and day-to-day performance metrics - reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversion where applicable
Compile campaign recaps and post-mortems with clear takeaways
Feed performance insights back into future talent selection and brief development
Extract and organize performance metrics from active campaigns into our internal tracking systems
Partner with the Social Content Lead to identify creators, influencers, and talent suited for Tinder's owned social pages - driving organic reach and growth
Coordinate creator and talent participation in owned content (i.e. episodic content)
Shape campaign strategy, briefs, and campaign execution
Source & vet talent
Support creator communications & operations
Plan & execute events and gifting
Track performance & inform post-mortems
Partner with the social content lead for organic content development
You'll need:
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or social media coordination
Experience writing or supporting creative/campaign briefs
Comfort pulling and interpreting audience and performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, demographics)
Strong organizational skills - able to manage multiple creator relationships and timelines at once without dropping details
Excellent written and verbal communication for talent-facing conversations
Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and platform paid-partnership tools
Comfort with trackers and spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for managing multiple campaigns in parallel
A pulse on culture, creators, and what makes a partnership feel authentic rather than transactional
Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including formats, trends, and what actually performs with Gen Z women
Able to prioritize and move fast when timelines shift or something breaks last-minute
Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel for events and shoots
Nice to Have:
Existing relationships with creators, talent managers, or agencies
Experience with influencer discovery/vetting platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ)
Experience with social listening or analytics tools (Dash Social)
Experience coordinating gifting programs or PR mailer campaigns
Experience supporting on-site production or shoots
Experience planning small-to-mid-size events
