La figura si occuperà di:
- Gestire il processo di approvvigionamento di componentistica meccanica, elettrica ed elettronica;
- Analizzare i fabbisogni di acquisto e pianificare gli approvvigionamenti in collaborazione con Supply Chain e Produzione;
- Ricercare, selezionare e qualificare nuovi fornitori italiani ed esteri;
- Gestire richieste di offerta, analizzare le proposte e predisporre comparative tecnico-economiche;
- Gestire gli ordini di acquisto e monitorarne l'intero ciclo fino alla consegna;
- Gestire eventuali criticità relative a ritardi, non conformità e shortage di componenti;
- Gestire gli acquisti relativi a lavorazioni meccaniche, carpenteria e componentistica a disegno;
- Analizzare il mercato e individuare opportunità di cost saving e ottimizzazione degli approvvigionamenti;
- Monitorare KPI relativi a costi, qualità, puntualità e performance dei fornitori;
- Gestire e aggiornare anagrafiche, condizioni commerciali e dati fornitori tramite ERP aziendale.
