Material Bank is the world’s largest material marketplace for the architecture and design industry. Operating in 37 countries, our platform has become the standard for design professionals around the globe. Every day, Material Bank connects thousands of designers with tens of thousands of materials from leading brands. Material Bank is the fastest and most powerful way for design professionals to search, sample, and specify materials.

Material Bank is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to support a broad portfolio of Brand Partners and help them maximize the value of their partnership. Success in this role requires someone who can work smarter, move quickly, and deliver meaningful results across a high volume of accounts.

We’d love for you to be based in one of our major markets (South Florida, New York, Boston or Chicago), working in a hybrid capacity two to three days a week. For the right person, we’re open to Remote with approximately 2-3 trips a year to connect with the team and our Brand Partners.

  • Proactive Engagement: Maintain consistent engagement across your portfolio through relevant communications, performance insights, educational content, and targeted outreach based on Brand Partner needs.
  • Retention: Proactively identify Brand Partners that may need additional support, understand their challenges, and work with them to reinforce value and strengthen the partnership.
  • Brand Enablement: Help Brand Partners get more from Material Bank through webinars, group trainings, office hours, educational content, and other programs designed to increase knowledge, adoption, and engagement.
  • Cross Functional Partnership: Work closely with teams across Material Bank to resolve Brand Partner needs, surface opportunities, and continuously improve the partner experience.
