We are looking for a hands-on Manager DevOps to lead the cloud infrastructure powering 10+ consumer products and millions of users. This role drives automation, platform reliability, cloud cost optimization and a high-performing DevOps team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP/Azure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible, minimizing manual configurations.
- Build CI/CD pipelines supporting canary and blue/green deployments with one-click rollback.
- Manage Docker and Kubernetes/ECS environments for high availability and scale.
- Own SLOs, observability, incident management and production reliability.
- Drive measurable cloud cost optimization and infrastructure efficiency.
- Provision GPU infrastructure for self-hosted AI models.
- Lead, mentor and develop DevOps Leads and Engineers.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 10 - 15 years of overall experience, including 6+ years in hands-on DevOps and 2+ years in team leadership.
- Strong AWS expertise (Well-Architected Framework) plus GCP or Azure.
- Hands-on Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes/ECS.
- Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python and Groovy.
- Proven, quantifiable cloud cost savings and regular use of AI-assisted coding tools.
Good to Have :
- Platform Engineering / Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), GitOps, DevSecOps, OpenTelemetry and FinOps.
- Experience supporting large-scale, high-traffic consumer applications.
