Senior Product Manager — Platform Experiences

Your mission

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Matrix42's platform experiences - the foundation that powers every Matrix42 product across Service management, Asset management, Endpoint management, and more. This is a high-ownership role that shapes how admins configure, developers extend, and end users interact with the platform, and how AI agents operate inside it.

Your profile

What you'll do

• Own the platform toolkit end-to-end: dashboards, reports, layouts, components, service desk experiences, and the workflow designer that powers connected workflows across products
• Sharpen the connected workflows concept - how workflows span multiple products, systems, and personas, and how they compose into reusable, packaged solutions
• Drive the extensibility model: APIs, integrations, and how partners and customers extend the platform to fit their environment
• Shape AI as an active layer in the platform - agentic workflows that configure, orchestrate, and reason across the environment, not just assist users at the edges
• Serve three distinct personas well:
  • End users consuming self-service experiences and interacting with services
  • Admins and configurators building workflows, dashboards, and services without specialist support
  • Developers and builders extending the platform through APIs, integrations, and custom logic
• Enable the platform to power all Matrix42 product lines with a coherent, opinionated experience
• Partner with product experience, engineering, and adjacent product teams that consume the platform
• Define success metrics around adoption, configurability, time-to-value, and platform stickiness across all persona layers
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape the roadmap

What we're looking for

• Product management experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally on a platform or horizontal capability team
• Track record designing for multiple personas - end user, admin, and developer - as distinct users with distinct needs
• Strong understanding of configurable platforms, low-code/no-code patterns, workflow designers, and component-based product design
• Experience with platform extensibility: APIs, integrations, and third-party ecosystems
• Practical exposure to agentic AI or AI-driven workflow orchestration - how AI agents can operate inside a platform, not just alongside it
• UX-oriented mindset with a track record of close collaboration with design
• Ability to communicate across C-level, sales, and engineering stakeholders
• Comfort balancing needs of multiple internal product teams and external customers
