• Supporting Digital Implementation with Minimal Disruption

  Help ensure smooth digital adoption across manufacturing operations, while minimizing impact on day-to-day processes.

• Assisting in Technology Integration

  Work closely with teams to support the integration of new technologies into existing legacy systems.

• Contributing to Change Management Efforts

  Collaborate with stakeholders to promote acceptance of new tools and processes, especially among those less familiar with digital systems.

• Keeping Up with Technological Trends

  Stay informed about emerging technologies and assist in evaluating their relevance to the manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or with IT/OT systems integration is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, databases, APIs, system integration, and manufacturing technology.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• A solid technical foundation and curiosity to learn new systems.
• Basic project coordination skills - able to stay organized and support ongoing initiatives.
• Good communication and teamwork - comfortable working with people from different departments and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a big advantage.
