The Software Analyst and Project Specialist contributes to the design of application solutions compliant with user needs, in terms of functionality provided, information flows exchanged and business processes supported. Among the main objectives of the role are: - the analysis of user needs
1.01 Collects the needs of the internal customer, encouraging the definition of requirements and conducting an initial analysis and feasibility assessment
1.02 Supports the internal customer in defining functional requirements, conducting business analyzes and process mapping to represent the AS-IS flows and TO-BE
1.03 Defines the plan of required activities and implementation times in order to present the solutions to the internal customer according to time and cost standards
1.04 Monitors the progress of development activities, even if carried out by external suppliers and, if necessary, you will develop components and/or functionalities yourself
1.05 Monitor and participate in testing activities (UAT) with the internal customer in order to ensure that the solution is consistent with the pre-established requirements and objectives
1.06 Yes interface with other ICT functions for release activities in order to cause the least possible inconvenience to the business in the transition phase to the new service and/or adoption of a new solution
1.07 Provide assistance in the early release phases to support the other functions in managing issues, carrying out and/or coordinating debugging and/or fix development activities
1.08 Tracks the activities carried out and produces the related documentation according to shared standards;
1.09 Deals with the production of material for end-user training ( user guide, tutorial...)
1.10 Acts as a product contact, coordinating with the other ICT functions to ensure the resolution of critical issues
1.11 Provides first level support where necessary and reports any need for technological and/or functional improvement
