We're looking for a Product Manager with strong analytical skills who can take ownership of product development, work with data, and actively use AI agents and automation tools.
What You'll Do
Manage product development, priorities, and backlog.
Analyze product data, user behavior, and business metrics.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers.
Identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and improve the product based on data.
Work directly with founders and the development team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Analytics.
Proven experience in startups or product companies.
Strong analytical skills, SQL, and experience with BI/analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, and automation tools.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern AI technologies.
Strong product thinking, independence, and ownership mindset.
English B1+.
