岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、参与大模型选型与场景适配分析，完成POC验证

2、基于PyTorch/TensorFlow实现算法模块，优化训练效率与资源占用

3、学习企业级AI开发流程（数据治理、分布式训练、模型监控）

4、主导AI算法全流程开发：从需求分析→算法选型→模型训练→生产部署

5、开发大模型微调框架（LoRA/P-Tuning等），实现行业知识注入

6、构建模型评估体系，解决数据偏差/过拟合/长尾分布等难题

7、探索大模型与业务场景结合点（如AIGC、智能决策、多模态检索）

8、优化模型推理性能（量化/蒸馏/ONNX-TRT部署）

任职要求 / Requirements

硕士学历，计算机/数学/AI相关专业

精通Python，掌握C++/Java至少一门工程化语言

深入理解Transformer/BERT/GPT等架构，熟悉预训练-微调范式

精通使用Hugging Face/DeepSpeed/Megatron等大模型工具链

有Kaggle/天池竞赛Top 10%或顶会论文者优先

精通大模型关键技术：Prompt Engineering、RAG、MoE架构

精通多模态训练技术（CLIP/BLIP/VILT等）

具备分布式训练经验（DDP/FSDP/ZeRO优化）

精通模型安全机制：对齐训练、RLHF、内容过滤

能快速复现论文算法（arXiv最新论文追踪能力）

对技术商业化有敏锐洞察，擅长将学术成果转化为业务价值

强烈的技术好奇心，主动探索LangChain/AutoGPT等新兴生态
