岗位职责 / Responsibilities
负责射频芯片（PA/LNA/SW/MMIC/BFIC等）的市场调研、竞品分析及新产品定义;
对接客户需求，主导产品规格书制定，推进研发项目全流程落地;
统筹产品线规划，协调研发、生产、供应链等资源，把控项目关键节点;
跟踪Tapeout后晶圆流片、封测进度，推动产品验证、验收及转量产;
指导PE团队制定量产测试规范，主导良率分析与成本优化;
负责新产品推广的技术支持，协助销售完成Design Win。
任职要求 / Requirements
硕士及以上学历，微电子、电路与物理相关专业优先;
有射频芯片设计、电路开发或半导体项目经历者优先;
具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及抗压能力;
英语六级，能熟练阅读英文技术资料。
