Compliance Operations Manager (Traffic & Content)

We are looking for a Compliance Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of traffic and content compliance across one of our digital platforms.

You will develop and operate a scalable compliance framework for monitoring affiliate partners and digital traffic sources, identifying prohibited or high-risk activity, investigating incidents, and continuously improving preventive and detective controls.

This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who can independently assess risks, establish effective processes, and turn compliance requirements into practical operational and technical solutions. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Risk, and commercial teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and update the traffic and content compliance framework, policies, SOPs, and risk-scoring mechanisms.

• Audit digital traffic channels, landing pages, and promotional materials to detect prohibited content, cloaking, redirect manipulation, and suspicious attribution patterns.

• Lead root-cause investigations into compliance violations, coordinate corrective actions, enforce partner restrictions, and track remediation.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define requirements for automated risk-scoring, internal compliance tools, and external monitoring solutions.

• Track compliance metrics, analyze recurring risk trends, and deliver clear, decision-ready reporting to management.

• Ensure documentation remains audit-ready for payment partners and regulators; stay updated on payment-network and industry regulatory shifts.

• Provide functional direction and quality standards for compliance analysts, and deliver internal training on monitoring and enforcement processes.

Requirements

You’ll thrive here if you have

• 5+ years in Compliance Operations, Risk, Fraud Prevention, or Traffic Quality (hands-on experience in adult traffic compliance, affiliate marketing, and ad networks required).

• Solid understanding of tracking signals (URLs, redirects, referrers, cookies, device fingerprints) and ability to assess risk using incomplete attribution data.

• Proven background conducting operational audits, implementing SOPs/compliance policies, and managing root-cause incident investigations.

• Experienced in team leadership, managing cross-functional initiatives, and translating compliance needs into Product, Engineering, and Data requirements.

• Ability to define compliance KPIs, build clear executive reports, and make sound, analytical decisions under pressure.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of payment provider, acquiring bank, or card network compliance standards.

• Experience detecting cloaking, brand misuse, redirect manipulation, and prohibited content.

• Familiarity with OSINT, web scraping, SQL/Python, BI tools, or LLM-based automation.

• Relevant professional certifications (compliance, auditing, risk, or fraud prevention).
