Right now we are looking for a IT Administrator (Internal IT Support Specialist) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support & Service Delivery:

Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 support, focusing on end-user experience rather than backend systems.

Provide hands-on, white-glove IT support to office employees - both in-person (at their desks) and remotely.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, peripherals, office network connectivity, and software applications used daily by staff.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring user-facing problems and implement process improvements to reduce ticket volume.

Ensure SLAs are met and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Corporate Systems & Endpoint Management:
-
Administer and optimize SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom) - manage user access, licenses, and configurations.

Oversee the full lifecycle of user accounts: onboarding, offboarding, and access rights management.
-
Manage corporate endpoints (laptops, mobile devices) using MDM solutions like JAMF Pro (Mac) and Intune (Windows).

Maintain a secure and up-to-date inventory of all office hardware and software assets.
Office Infrastructure (End-User Focus):

Maintain and support office networking equipment (Wi-Fi, switches, VPNs) to ensure stable connectivity for all staff.

Oversee video conferencing and meeting room systems (e.g., Polycom, Logitech), ensuring they are always operational for internal and client meetings.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, repairs, and office technology upgrades.
Backup & Data Protection (End-User Data):

Manage backup solutions for end-user data (laptops, shared drives) to ensure business continuity in case of hardware failure.

Monitor data retention policies and assist users with data recovery when needed.
Job requirements
You’ll thrive here if you have

5+ years of experience in internal/corporate IT support, helpdesk, or end-user services.
-
Advanced English level.
-
Deep understanding of the needs of internal users and how to provide excellent IT service in a corporate environment.

Strong experience with user access management and SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
-
Practical skills in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments, including hardware diagnostics and OS reinstallation.
-
Experience with procurement processes: ordering equipment, managing vendors, and tracking IT assets.
-
Proven ability to structure support processes and mentor junior support staff.
Nice to have:

Experience implementing SaaS management optimization tools.

Experience with network monitoring and alerting systems.
-
Background working with network integrators or communication service providers.
-
Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and controllers.

Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher).
-
Experience with JAMF Pro and Apple ecosystem management.

Experience with Intune and Windows ecosystem management.
-
Familiarity with video conferencing solutions (e.g., Polycom, Logitech).
