Booking Office, Performance

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed tasks with minimal complexity and precise instruction.

Positive attitude while greeting and answering general inquiries. This includes answering general inquiries and directing queries to the Booking Office Supervisor. Collects and enters data into established databases. Filing and Archiving Telephone and email correspondence as needed Performs basic word processing function such as document formatting, labelling, spellcheck and drafting emails from template. Document preparation of forms, exams, marketing materials and emails. Such preparation may include sorting, collating, filing, scanning and photocopying. Assist with Band and Choir clinic administration (tbc 22-23 academic year). Maintain immediate work are in a clean and orderly fashion. Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

Dynamic and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills. Good communication in person and via email. Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Enjoys working independently and as part of a team. In-depth knowledge of music and instrumental/vocal ensembles. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, DocuSign, Processing payments using Moneris terminals. Previous experience in retails and marketing is an asset. Basic French is an asset. Must be a music student.
