Hiring Unit:

The candidate will assist with a lab move from Ludmer building to Duff building, which includes current and newly purchased equipment.

Tasks include:

• Coordinating the delivery of equipment for new Duff lab;
• Coordinating with the McGill team (MNI, Ernst, McGill professionals) for the new lab, including location of equipment and timing of equipment arrival;
• Hiring and coordinating movers to move the Ludmer Lab to Duff, in coordination with Ernst lab team;
• Coordinating the installation of new equipment in Duff lab;
• Coordinating the installation of Ludmer based equipment.

This position is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement.

Knowledge of English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 3 on a scale of 0-4.
