You won't just be maintaining legacy systems; you will be the driving force behind new, scalable algorithmic products that influence global operations.

What You Will Drive:

* Algorithmic Innovation: Partner seamlessly with diverse tech squads-including data scientists, infrastructure specialists, and analysts-to build, integrate, and scale groundbreaking AI products.

* Rapid Prototyping: Lead experimental initiatives and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to stress-test and evaluate the latest machine learning models and emerging technologies.

* Engineering Excellence: Write pristine, production-ready, and fully tested code. You will actively refactor architectures to maintain the highest standards of software quality.

* Ecosystem Expansion: Play a strategic role in expanding a proprietary ecosystem of reusable code. You will build centralized internal libraries and contribute to open-source initiatives under corporate guidelines.

* Data & Pipeline Architecture: Architect robust data schemas, engineer machine learning features, and construct high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using distributed computing frameworks.

* Cloud & Infrastructure: Launch intelligent applications natively into the cloud. You will automate environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies for peak efficiency.

* Operationalize AI: Champion MLOps, DevOps, and DataOps cultures. You will build seamless Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Training (CI/CD/CT) pipelines while implementing advanced observability tools to ensure system health.

Your Technical Arsenal:

To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of software engineering rigor and machine learning expertise:

* Core Languages: Deep proficiency in Python.

* AI/ML Landscape: Solid hands-on familiarity with modern artificial intelligence concepts and machine learning frameworks.

* Ops & Engineering: Commercial experience spanning data engineering, data science, and MLOps.

* Big Data Mastery: A proven track record of designing, building, and automating robust data pipelines capable of handling massive datasets.

* CI/CD Expertise: Strong background in building automated deployment pipelines (experience with tools like GitHub Actions is highly preferred).

* Cloud Environments: Hands-on capability in deploying to and operating within enterprise cloud platforms (specifically Microsoft Azure).
