What You'll Do:
- Lead administration and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions, including Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Procurement processes.
- Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, risk assessment, and lifecycle management workflows.
- Configure and support SAP Ariba Network capabilities, supplier enablement activities, and trading partner adoption.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve procurement operations, compliance, and user experience.
- Lead integration activities between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, including Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI) processes.
- Develop procurement analytics, spend visibility dashboards, and reporting solutions to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent platform issues.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across procurement operations.
Basic Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or administering SAP Ariba solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM/SLP), or Ariba Network.
- Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, MM, or FI modules.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P), source-to-contract (S2C), and supplier management processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable platform solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes in cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- SAP Ariba certification(s).
- Experience with Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Spend Analysis, or Supplier Risk modules.
- Knowledge of procurement transformation and digital procurement initiatives.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), APIs, middleware, or integration tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities.
- Experience supporting supplier enablement and large-scale onboarding programs.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, or regulated industries.
