About the Role

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Cost & Management Accounting qualification.
  • Solid experience in Cost & Management Accounting.
  • Strong manufacturing, wholesale or inventory-related costing experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with BI tools and modern accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of product costing, stock, margins, variances and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyse product costing and cost variances.
  • Monitor stock, inventory and cost movements.
  • Analyse margins, profitability and business performance.
  • Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
  • Provide accurate financial information and insights to management.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improved profitability.
  • Work closely with operational and finance teams to improve cost control and reporting.

Utilise BI and advanced Excel to analyse data and support decision-making
