Sales Representative / Consultant – TES

Requirements

• Matric.
• 2-5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or new client acquisition.
• Experience in TES, recruitment, staffing, labour outsourcing or a related services industry will be advantageous.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, networking and client visits.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, quotations and proposals.
• Knowledge of temporary staffing solutions and South African labour legislation will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients' staffing and workforce requirements and recommend suitable TES and recruitment solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
• Manage client accounts, identify opportunities for additional business and support client retention.
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards agreed revenue, gross profit and client acquisition targets.
