Обязанности:
- Правовое сопровождение: экспертиза и визирование договоров, приказов, локальных актов; доарбитражное урегулирование споров; контроль регистрации и хранения документации.
- Судебно-претензионная работа: ведение претензий, исков, апелляций и кассаций; представительство интересов предприятия в судах, госорганах, прокуратуре и правоохранительных органах.
- Корпоративное и трудовое право: участие в разработке коллективных и трудовых договоров; сопровождение деятельности акционеров, общих собраний и раскрытие информации; работа с Регистратором.
- Имущественные вопросы: регистрация прав на недвижимость, инвентаризация, работа с судебными приставами.
- Высшее профессиональное (юридическое) образование ;
- Стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет.
- График работы 5/2;
- Официальное трудоустройство, полный соцпакет;
- Выплата ЗП 2 раза в месяц;
- Частичная компенсация расходов на ГСМ.
