Internship - Enterprise Infrastructure & IT Governance

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining enterprise architecture and governance documentation, including diagrams, standards, and process workflows.
- Support cloud infrastructure governance initiatives, covering compliance, access control, and cost optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Contribute to architecture review activities to ensure alignment with enterprise governance and security standards.
- Participate in ITSM and incident management improvement projects, including documentation, automation opportunities, and service performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support in new monitoring opportunities and alert management to ensure unified visibility and response handling.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging tools and best practices in cloud governance, FinOps, and AI platform integration.
- Contribute to the evaluation and subscription process for new IT infrastructure governance tools, including conducting preliminary assessments, documentation of requirements, and vendor comparison (e.g., FinOps tools, AI related tools, automation frameworks)
Requirements:
- Strong interest in enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure governance, and IT operations
- Basic knowledge and some hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - including compute, storage, networking, and IAM concepts.
- Basic understanding of ITSM frameworks and incident/change management.
- Familiarity with API management or integration platforms (e.g., Kong) is a plus.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills, with proficiency in Confluence, or SharePoint.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with a proactive learning attitude.
