BRAND GROWTH AND PERFORMANCE DEPARTMENT
The Brand Growth & Performance department brings together passionate creatives, storytellers, and digital product experts dedicated to building and maintaining our media publishing brands. From producing high-quality editorial content to running top-tier YouTube channels covering breaking tech news, original research, and in-depth analysis, this team thrives on making an impact. They are committed to delivering valuable, high-quality information to a global audience, ensuring every piece of content informs, engages, and inspires.
The YouTube Performance Team plays a vital role in the department's overall strategy, specializing in data-driven growth on YouTube. At the moment, we manage 17 channels (global and localized) focused on product reviews in high-revenue areas like cybersecurity, digital security, tech gadgets, and AI. Our team’s dedication to analyzing sales data and identifying emerging trends allows us to proactively explore new product opportunities and maximize revenue generation through consistent, high-volume content production.
YOU
You are a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator who keeps projects moving and communication clear. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks, working with different stakeholders, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You bring a data-driven mindset, look for ways to improve performance, and are not afraid to suggest new ideas that could help content do better. You enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving workflows and helping content move smoothly from idea to publication.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Monitor channel performance and use data to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Research new topics, trends, and content angles, and turn them into strong video brief directions
Stay up to date with YouTube trends, platform updates, and best practices, and help apply them in daily work
Coordinate the video production process from start to finish, making sure everything moves smoothly and on time
Maintain close communication with internal teams and external contributors throughout the production cycle
Build content calendars and oversee video publishing schedules across YouTube channels
Upload videos to YouTube according to established guidelines and best practices
Identify workflow improvements and suggest solutions that strengthen communication, efficiency, and execution
WHAT WE EXPECT
Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, ideally in media, content, or video production
Understanding of social media channels and content workflows; experience with YouTube would be a strong advantage
Data-driven mindset and confidence working with performance metrics
Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating across different stages of production
Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a dynamic environment
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented way of working
Ability to adapt quickly, learn fast, and grow in a performance-focused team
Openness to feedback and motivation to continuously improve

GROSS SALARY
From 2200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
