1. Lead the PHY/MAC architecture and system design of next-generation wireless connectivity solutions, focusing on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB technologies.

2. Drive innovation in emerging wireless technologies, including wireless sensing, multi-radio coexistence, and advanced communications in sub-7 GHz and millimeter-wave bands.

3. Represent the company in international standards bodies (e.g., Bluetooth SIG, IEEE 802.11, and Wi-Fi Alliance), contributing to the definition and advancement of future wireless standards.

4. Partner with cross-functional PHY/MAC and hardware engineering teams to define system architectures, develop algorithms, and create high-value intellectual property and patents.

5. Provide technical vision and roadmap planning support to business development and marketing organizations, enabling strategic technology investments and customer engagement.
