 Consolidate and upload sales fcst (including ODM) into system in bi-weekly based on sales manager’s direction

 Control fcst raw data file and VoV change material for report to sales manager

 Communicate and tracking schedule with BU team and PP team together for customer sample request (both RD sample, Qualification purpose sample, PCN sample) including system submit (MRB, FSA, RFS)

  • MRB: Material Review Board
  • FSA: Free Sample Application
  • RFS: Request for shipment

 Leading SCM route control for new part approval based on close collaboration with CQE team

 RMA handling based on collaboration with CQE team

 Consolidate and manage raw data for sales monthly report and key account report

 Craft, manage and finetune template of important sales report
