• Responsible for high-speed SerDes development, including firmware design and implementing algorithms, IC functional verification, system performance optimization, and customer support (familiar with architecture, firmware, debugging, optimization, and testing tasks).
- Develop automated verification (by C++, Python, C#, and MATLAB)
- Collaborate with analog/digital teams to co-develop chips from prototype design to mass production.
- Achieve customer design-in and support mass production.
