Job Description

Descripción general:

El inspector de control de calidad mediante inspecciones de primera muestra, en proceso y final (aleatorias), verifica que el producto cumpla con los requisitos definidos en las instrucciones de trabajo (PPF/Rutas) así como el cumplimiento a los especificaciones definidas en los diferentes documentos de operación como hoja de requerimientos, sustituciones, desviaciones, ECNs y procedimientos de manufactura.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Verificar que cada uno de los componentes utilizados en un producto cumplan con el criterio de aceptación
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de todos los documentos donde se especifiquen las instrucciones de manufactura aplicables al producto tales como PPF, rutas, requerimientos especiales, ECNs, desviaciones, sustituciones, etc
  • Verificar los requerimientos de calidad en las diferentes etapas del proceso de manufactura: ensamble, envoltura, sellado y empacado del producto mediante liberación de primeras muestras y muestreos aleatorios durante el proceso de manufactura de cada producto, MFC o subensamble (según aplique)
  • Monitorear al sistema productivo en el cumplimiento a los procedimientos y buenas prácticas de manufactura
  • Entrenar nuevos candidatos a inspectores de calidad
  • Implementar ideas sencillas de mejora continua MySIK

Conocimiento requerido:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Áreas de Producción
  • Experiencia mínima 1 año en el puesto similar
  • Experiencia mínimo 1 año en Manejo y llenado de Control de Documentos
  • Ingles 80%
  • Habilidades de software: Office Windows: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
  • Conocimiento AS400
