  • A genuinely detail-oriented documentation habit: this role's value is largely in the delta register being trustworthy, not just existing.
  • AI-first, 10x mindset uses AI tooling to keep the delta register and customization work moving at 10x pace across two live sites, rather than tracking divergences by hand.

Nice-to-have:

  • Prior work spanning multiple deployment sites or regions on a shared core product (e. g., multi-tenant or multi-country background).
  • Comfort with git-based merge/rebase strategy for long-lived customized forks.
