A Day in the Life

As a Logistic Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring that life-saving products are delivered accurately and on time.As a Logistic Operator, you are responsible for the accurate and timely handling of medical devices and components within our warehouse. Your role ensures that products meet strict quality and safety standards from receipt through to delivery.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Prepare and dispatch orders to clients or stores, following the required specifications.
- Ensure that orders are properly documented, labelled, and packed.
- Always Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 6S, lean projects).
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, team leads, and support departments.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Good communication skills (B2) in English.
- Ability to walk frequently throughout the day, handle materials, operate warehouse equipment.
- Accurate and quality minded.
For this role, it would be advantageous to have experience in logistics, warehousing, or order fulfilment. Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as SAP or WMS, would be beneficial. Experience working with medical devices or within a highly regulated environment would also be considered an advantage.
