Resumen del Puesto

Operador Inicial es responsable de realizar operaciones de ensamble manual y/o semi-automatizado de componentes, siguiendo instrucciones de trabajo, procedimientos de calidad y estándares de seguridad. Este puesto contribuye directamente a la fabricación de productos de alta calidad que cumplen con los requisitos regulatorios y del cliente.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Realizar operaciones de ensamble de acuerdo con instrucciones de trabajo, dibujos y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Seguir estrictamente las normas de calidad, seguridad y buenas prácticas de manufactura.
  • Inspeccionar visualmente componentes y productos terminados para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
  • Documentar el trabajo realizado de forma precisa y oportuna.
  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada (5S).
  • Reportar desviaciones, defectos o problemas de proceso al supervisor.
  • Trabajar en equipo para cumplir metas de producción, calidad y seguridad.

  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar diferentes turnos .
