Are you ready to make a transformative impact in the world of neuromodulation? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our cutting-edge Neuromodulation team. For this role, it is preferrable to be located in central Poland, as the area of responsibility includes the following regions: Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, and Podlaskie.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Sell and promote all products within the assigned neuromodulation portfolio
• Build strong relationships based on ethical and professional conduct
• Support the operating room (OR) team and patients during and after surgical procedures
• Identify and create market opportunities for territorial and therapy development
• Manage and control inventory
• Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate training
• Accurately report daily activities and long-term plans for each customer

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in the medical device industry (preferably in sales or OR support)
• Strong focus on achieving targets
• Effective interpersonal skills for building and maintaining business relationships
• Flexible and ready for "on-demand" actions
• High-level educational and training skills
• Proficiency in English and Polish
