A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
This role will be responsible for marketing and launch initiatives of Surgical GST Portfolio, including Sutures, Access & Instrumentation (A&I), and Electrosurgery across Singapore and Malaysia.
Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place.
Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in medical device is required.
Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Collaborative, team orientation mindset with proven ability to successfully work in a highly complex matrix environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate market insights into commercial strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and complete tasks within established timelines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
