We are seeking a Program Manager OT Cybersecurity (Dutch) to join our team in Brussels. The role will lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
Manage all OT cybersecurity projects at the site, from analysis and design through implementation and delivery.
Provide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners.
Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment.
Coordinate and lead cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity improvement programs.
Report project progress to operational and client management levels.
Support implementation of cybersecurity strategy in accordance with IEC 62443, NIS2 and other regulations.
Coach and mentor engineers and project team members to ensure quality and safety.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
Extensive experience in OT cybersecurity, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and security monitoring.
Proven project or program management experience in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards.
Fluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence.
Nice to have
Experience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environments.
Fluency in French.
Experience with contract and budget management.
