SAP HCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with around 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Human Capital Management. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP HCM processes.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Handle employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, separations, and organizational changes.
• Configure and support time management and payroll processes as required.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Work with business users to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and documentation.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.
• Participate in SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM PA/OM.
• Good understanding of time management and payroll.
• Experience in SAP HCM configuration and production support.
• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors integration.
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation or migration projects.
• SAP HCM certification is an added advantage.
