Creative Content Creator

Creative Content Creator responsible for planning, shooting and producing photos, reels and short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The role involves translating technical product knowledge into engaging B2B content for bakery, F&B and trade audiences, managing the monthly content calendar, capturing product demos and behind-the-scenes footage, crafting scripts and captions, maintaining content assets, and monitoring content performance to support campaign goals and brand direction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-performing photos, reels, and short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Translate technical product knowledge into credible, engaging B2B content tailored for bakery, F&B, and trade audiences.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Executive to manage the monthly content calendar and ensure on-time delivery.
• Capture product demos, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, and exhibition highlights.
• Craft compelling scripts, hooks, captions, and calls-to-action (CTAs), while coordinating factual and language checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized content bank, source files, and final assets within the Marketing shared workspace.
• Monitor and review monthly content performance metrics to recommend practical improvements.
• Align all creative outputs with brand directions set by the Creative Executive and support campaign goals when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Multimedia, Design, or equivalent. Candidates with a strong, relevant content portfolio in lieu of formal qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Proven ability to plan and execute short-form video content from scratch.
• Skilled in shooting and editing via CapCut or Adobe software; proficient in Canva and product photography editing.
• Deep familiarity with platform algorithms, trends, and content formats for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia for clear, effective copywriting; Mandarin-speaking ability is a strong bonus.
