Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Обеспечивать своевременную обработку поступающих обращений
  • Участвовать в разработке новых ИТ сервисов и новых стандартов рабочих мест пользователей
  • Устанавливать и поддерживать работоспособность оборудования пользовательских систем
  • Обеспечивать установку, настройку и поддержку компьютерного и периферийного оборудования, программного обеспечения новых и существующих рабочих мест сотрудников Компании
  • Отвечать за обновления ОС и ПО на рабочих станциях согласно регламентам, принятым в компании
  • Организовывать и осуществлять аварийно-восстановительные работы с целью обеспечения непрерывности работы сервисов в соответствии с SLA/OLA

Что для этого нужно

  • Высшее образование
  • Опыт работы - от 1 года в ИТ
  • Базовые знания современного клиентского оборудования, серверного ПО, сетевых технологий
  • Знание стека протоколов TCP/IP
  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки
  • Понимание принципов работы технической поддержки пользователей
