1. 全面负责客户工程服务团队管理，统筹部门日常运营、人员管理与工作规划;
2. 负责重要客户接待、商务洽谈、客情维护，把控客户需求，妥善处理各类服务问题;
3. 规范对外接待服务标准，优化工程服务流程，持续提升客户满意度与公司对外形象。
任职要求 / Requirements
任职要求
1. 形象气质佳，熟悉商务礼仪，擅长客户接待与商务沟通;
2. 具备团队管理经验，拥有客户服务团队管理经历优先;
3. 沟通协调能力强，应变能力突出，具备较强服务意识与大局观;
4. 有 B 端大客户服务相关经验优先。
