工作职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责SMT机器设备（YAMAHA、NPM）的生产运转操作、设备异常处理，确保产品生产需要;
2、负责SMT制程能力改善及效率提升;
3、负责SMT机器生产所需物料的合理使用与管理，确保如期完成生产计划;
4、负责培训技术员及相关操作人员，提高整个团队作业技能。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、大专及以上学历，5年以上SMT工作经验，熟悉SMT工艺流程;
2、熟悉松下NPM及YAMAHA系列贴片机的专业维修技能;
3、熟悉SMT的程序优化及新产品导入;
4、熟悉电子元器件的相关知识。
