岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责白酒、洋酒、米酒等自有品牌的产品开发工作;

2、负责与供应链合作伙伴进行沟通协调，确保产品交付周期;

3、负责招商采购工作，寻找合适的供应商合作，确保产品质量和供应稳定;

4、负责PB自有品牌的年度目标和规划，并制定落地计划，实现业绩目标。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、大学本科及以上学历;

2、有5年以上相关品类PB商品开发与供应链管理经验;

3、对品类趋势和消费者需求有敏锐的洞察力，并能深刻融入到PB的开发中;

4、掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率。
