Warehouse Supervisor, Dammam

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that processes-including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, checking, , sorting, and outbound dispatch-are carried out in an orderly manner.

Develop daily work plans based on business requirements and order volume, clearly defining tasks, staff responsibilities, and completion deadlines for each role.

Monitor the execution of warehouse operational processes, promptly identify and resolve any issues that arise, and ensure operational efficiency and high-quality order fulfillment.

Continuously optimize warehouse workflows to improve the utilization of space, equipment, personnel, and storage resources.

Ensure that warehouse operations comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant management policies.

任职要求 / Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.

Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, including a minimum of 3 years in warehouse floor operations or team management. (The required number of years may be adjusted based on the scale of the warehouse and the complexity of its operations.)

Industry Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce warehousing, logistics distribution centers (DC), retail warehousing, fresh produce warehousing, or the operation of large-scale warehouses is preferred.

System Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard office software; capable of performing basic data statistics, analysis, and report generation.

Other Requirements: Must be able to adapt to a warehouse working environment; possess strong execution skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
