岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 负责 AI 原生应用后端服务的系统架构设计与核心模块开发，确保服务具备高可用性、可扩展性和高性能。
2. 主导分布式系统与高并发服务的架构演进与性能优化，保障大规模流量下业务稳定运行。
3. 跟踪 AI + 系统架构 相关前沿技术，结合业务场景输出创新性技术方案并推动落地。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 对构建高质量后端系统和 AI 应用开发有热情，乐于技术探索与创新
2. 计算机基础扎实，精通 Java/Python 等至少一门主流语言，熟悉 Linux 开发环境及常用工具链
3. 深刻理解分布式系统架构设计，熟悉高并发场景优化、数据库性能优化、缓存体系设计以及消息队列等
4. 代码规范意识强，具备良好的系统设计能力和工程质量把控能力
5. 学习能力强，适应快节奏开发，具备优秀问题解决能力
