Περιγραφή καθηκόντων:

  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email ή διαδικτυακής συνομιλίας για Τραπεζικά προϊόντα.
  • Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων πελατών.
  • Διαχείριση παράπονων πελατών και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες ψηφιακής τεχνολογίας.

Requirements

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου.
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά επιπέδου Β2).
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ.
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο επιθυμητή (όχι απαραίτητη).
  • Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και προσέγγιση.
  • Άνεση στην επικοινωνία και άριστη χρήση του προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου.
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε βάρδιες.
