- Υποστήριξη της υφιστάμενης ομάδας του Call Center, μέσα από τη μεταφορά τεχνογνωσίας, την ανταλλαγή εμπειρίας και την εφαρμογή βέλτιστων πρακτικών πωλήσεων (sales best practices), συμβάλλοντας στη συνολική ανάπτυξη και αποτελεσματικότητα της ομάδας.
Requirements
- Απαραίτητη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε προώθηση λογισμικού.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών Microsoft Office.
- Εμπειρία στη χρήση συστημάτων ERP, CRM ή αντίστοιχων εφαρμογών.
- Πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία και άνεση στην επικοινωνία.
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, υπευθυνότητα και προσανατολισμός στην ποιότητα εξυπηρέτησης.
