We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a dynamic corporate environment in Richardson, TX. This leadership position is ideal for an individual with security experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage operations while maintaining a safe and professional atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who is comfortable using technology, conducting extensive walking patrols, and ensuring all site procedures and security protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site security operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Supervise and support security personnel, providing direction and guidance as needed.
• Conduct routine walking patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas.
• Monitor security systems, incident reporting platforms, and other technology-based tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, logs, and operational records.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site leadership and security staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions when necessary.
• Identify operational concerns and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize security software, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
• Capable of conducting frequent foot patrols indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to navigate stairs and large facilities when required.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions as operational needs dictate.
