Maintenance Planner

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides a comprehensive portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry. As a leader in life sciences engineering and technical services, MTG supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies across the United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage resources, contractors, materials, and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments and teams.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments required.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or facilities experience within a regulated industry.
• Experience working with CMMS systems.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS, resource planning, OSHA standards, and cGMP requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Frequent interaction with maintenance teams, contractors, and supervisors.
• Ability to work throughout the facility while adhering to all safety and quality standards.
