Senior Civil Technical Office Engineer

Prepare, review, and coordinate structural shop drawings using AutoCAD Structural Detailing (ASD).
Review structural design drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing.
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate BOQs.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and other technical departments.
Identify and resolve technical conflicts between design drawings and site requirements.
Prepare and follow up on RFIs, technical submittals, and drawing approvals.
Ensure all technical drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Provide technical support to site teams throughout project execution.
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD Structural Detailing (ASD) is mandatory. Applications without hands-on ASD experience will not be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
4–6 years of experience in Civil Technical Office Engineering, preferably in construction companies.
Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD Structural Detailing (ASD) is a MUST.
Strong experience in structural shop drawings and reinforcement detailing.
Excellent knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of construction methods, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
