Software Engineer - C++

We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer with strong experience in Linux-based development to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing high-performance, scalable applications using modern C++ and Linux environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ on Linux.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Debug, optimise, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in C++ development.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency.
• Strong knowledge of STL and object-orientated programming (OOP).
• Experience with socket programming and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with debugging tools such as GDB.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CMake or Make.
• Knowledge of IPC mechanisms.
• Experience with Distributed Systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
