MB | Mercado Bitcoin is looking for a Creative Designer Mid Level Analyst to produce campaign assets, adapt designs across channels, and support CRM and Growth experiments.
You will create layouts and design assets from briefs and brand guidelines. You will adapt assets for social media, email marketing, banners, and internal materials. You will support CRM and Growth campaigns with visual variations and A/B tests, while maintaining visual consistency across deliverables.
Responsibilities- Create layouts and design assets from briefs and brand guidelines

- Maintain visual consistency across deliverables
- 2 to 4 years of digital graphic design experience
- Portfolio featuring real campaign work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hybrid work with office attendance two to three times per week
