We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support regarding complex logistics, distribution, and supply chain tracking for Dutch-speaking clients.
- Coordinate directly with carriers and warehouses to resolve delivery discrepancies, ensuring high-level service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate logs of shipments and delivery statuses within our specialized Logistics & Supply Chain management systems.
- Proactively communicate potential supply chain delays to customers and offer strategic solutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
- Handle high-priority escalations with professionalism, ensuring compliance with organizational supply chain protocols.
- Execute data entry and documentation tasks to ensure all logistics records remain audit-ready and accurate.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven interest or experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry or customer service.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate complex CRM and tracking software.
